Inspired by giving back this fall with Produce for Kids, this 5-Minute Sweet and Spicy Chicken Salad definitely hits all of the right flavors. The sweetness of fall apples, the creaminess of fresh Avocados from Mexico, and a spicy Avocado Poblano dressing from Marie’s® Dressings make this chicken salad more than just a tasty lunch idea.

5-Minute Sweet and Spicy Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 3 oz. Chicken Breast diced or shredded
- 2 TBSP Cucumber diced
- 2 TBSP Apple such as Crunch Pak sweet apples, diced
- 2 TBSP Marie's Dressing in Avocado Poblano
- 1/2 Avocado mushed
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients until evenly mixed.
- Serve immediately as is or as a sandwich for a delicious and easy lunch idea
