Easy Stuffing Crusted Pork Chops | Our Favorite Weeknight Meal
Do you have a family staple meal? You know, the meal that you can always count on your family to eat….even if the whole family is on nuclear meltdown alert?
In case you’re needing inspiration, today I’m sharing my family’s go-to meal for our busy days. Check out these Easy Stuffing Crusted Pork Chops with Our Favorite Weeknight Meal – and avoid meltdown central!
Trust me when I say that you need this pork chop recipe in your life.
What I love about this easy pork chop recipe is how the pork chops stay wonderfully moist (because I know that you’re multi-tasking homework checks and diaper duty at the same time, just like me). And the delicious breading of the pork chops gives the meat extra flavor, perfect for my family.
Our Signature Side Dish
It’s not a full meal without the winning side dish. And for us, it’s always Kraft Macaroni & Cheese. It’s a side dish that our whole family can agree upon – even my two pickiest eaters! In fact, my kids beg for the “blue box” because of its orange cheesy goodness and delicious taste.
Did You Notice?
I heard that Kraft Mac & Cheese was going to be making some big changes to their blue boxes by removing everything artificial – no dyes, no preservatives, nada! But I’ll be honest, I was really concerned about how the changes would affect the signature taste that my family has loved for years of family meals. So SHOCK wouldn’t even begin to describe my face when we found out that Kraft had quietly rolled out their changes in the largest and “quietest” blind taste test ever! For the past 3 months, we had been eating the new recipe – and nope, not one member of my family noticed.
No more artificial flavors. No more artificial preservatives. No more artificial dyes. But don’t worry, your family will still LOVE the signature Kraft Mac & Cheese taste!
Share Your #didntnotice Story & Win!
Now, Kraft Macaroni & Cheese is out to thank everyone that #didntnotice the changes with special gifts. So if you’ve eaten the blue box, it’s time to fess up! Share your #didntnotice story on Twitter with the hashtag #didntnotice or on the Kraft Mac & Cheese Facebook page for a chance to win one of thousands of thank you gifts from Kraft.

That looks divine! I love a good meal with a little bit of everything. I don’t eat pork chops often but when I do it must be cooked properly.

I’m not a pork chop eater buy my husband just loves them. Mine are always dry so I don’t make them very much at all. However, your recipe looks and sounds really delicious. I will have to give them a try for my hubby.

Did chicken legs instead of pork chops with chicken stove top. Very very good.
