Easy Red Velvet Pancakes Recipe

Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. Want an inspiring breakfast idea that will have you seeing “red?” My delicious Red Velvet Pancakes Recipe will warm your heart this season, with the perfect meal to share with the ones that you love.

This easy recipe is perfect for family breakfast time! Only a few simple ingredients will have you making a fluffy red velvet pancake short stack in no time!

Did someone say pancakes? I always pull out the red pancakes for Valentine’s Day! Super fun for my kids, they absolutely love a stack of their favorite LOVE language – food! Have for breakfast, lunch, dinner or brunch, these yummy and super easy pancakes will be a big hit with your family!

Say I love you with these sweet red velvet pancakes! A perfect breakfast treat for Valentine's Day or anytime you want to share the love, these pancakes will be a hit with your family!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups of Red Velvet Cake Mix
  • 1 Cup of Milk I used 2%
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 TBSP of Cooking Oil
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions
 

  • Spray griddle with cooking spray and heat to low/medium.
  • Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl until mixed well.
  • Drop small scoops of pancake batter onto hot griddle. Turn griddle to low. Cook for about 5-10 minutes per side (or until golden brown). Avoid burning!
  • Makes about 8 red velvet pancakes
