A quick breakfast idea, a delicious after school snack or a fun lunchbox add, these No Bake Breakfast Tarts for back-to-school are kid-friendly and fun!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Packs of Nature Valley Granola Bars (2 bars per package)
  • 1/2 Cup Pecans
  • 2/3 Cup Yogurt Raisins
  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • Banana Chips

Instructions
 

  • Combine granola bars, pecans, and yogurt raisins in food processor. Pulse blend until finely chopped.
  • Scoop and press crust crumbs into tart pans to evenly fill bottom and sides.
  • Fill tarts with Greek yogurt. Add banana chip to center of tart.
  • Freeze 2-4 hours or until firm.
  • Thaw before serving.

    Those no bake breakfast tarts look so delicious, and they’re nutritious too! My grandson loves greek yogurt and would gobble up a cup of it. I am sure he’ll love it in a granola cup like that with the candy sprinkles too. I am going to use this recipe and make lots of these to store in the freezer for everyone to enjoy anytime.

    I love the idea of making my kids a special breakfast, outside of the usual cereal routine, for back to school. This seems yummy but also healthier than my usual pancake and bacon breakfast
