With only a few ingredients full of power-packed nutrition for your kids’ growing brains, a few minutes of prep time and a whole lot of deliciousness packed into every bite, it’s a breakfast that your whole family can appreciate for those busy school mornings.
Here’s how to make them:
No Bake Breakfast Tarts for Back to School
Ingredients
- 2 Packs of Nature Valley Granola Bars (2 bars per package)
- 1/2 Cup Pecans
- 2/3 Cup Yogurt Raisins
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
- Banana Chips
Instructions
- Combine granola bars, pecans, and yogurt raisins in food processor. Pulse blend until finely chopped.
- Scoop and press crust crumbs into tart pans to evenly fill bottom and sides.
- Fill tarts with Greek yogurt. Add banana chip to center of tart.
- Freeze 2-4 hours or until firm.
- Thaw before serving.
Thaw a tart in the morning as your kids are getting ready for school. Throw a frozen tart in your child’s lunchbox, thawed by lunchtime. Thaw a tart after-school as your children finish their homework. Breakfast is made easier for back-to-school with these No Bake Breakfast Tarts!
