Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bag of Tortilla Chips
  • 1 1/2 C of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Can of Black Beans drained
  • 1 Large Tomato diced
  • 2 Fresh Jalapenos sliced (seeds removed if desired)
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Red Onion finely diced
  • 1 package of Nasoya Chipotle TofuBaked diced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Layer tortilla chips to cover the bottom of a cookie sheet, overlapping. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese, 1/2 of the black beans, half of the tomato, 1 jalapeno, 1/4 cup red onion and 1/2 of the Nasoya Chipotle TofuBaked.
  • Repeat layers.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes until warm and cheese is melted.
