Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bag of Tortilla Chips
  • 1 1/2 C of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Can of Black Beans drained
  • 1 Large Tomato diced
  • 2 Fresh Jalapenos sliced (seeds removed if desired)
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Red Onion finely diced
  • 1 package of Nasoya Chipotle TofuBaked diced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Layer tortilla chips to cover the bottom of a cookie sheet, overlapping. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese, 1/2 of the black beans, half of the tomato, 1 jalapeno, 1/4 cup red onion and 1/2 of the Nasoya Chipotle TofuBaked.
  • Repeat layers.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes until warm and cheese is melted.

    Awesome!
    My family has used Nasoya for decades though seems always the plain but perfect classic tofu we blend adn mix with own dishes, soup, etc.
    But thanks for making us more aware of the other items with more interest. The TOFUBaked sounds great and healthier.

    But also would love to try all of the others. 😉
