Momma always said we need to eat more vegetables. And while I’m not a huge fan of veggies, there’s one vegetable combo I cannot resist. Spinach and Artichoke Dip, one of my favorite appetizers of all time! But if you’re looking for BIG flavors that are friendly to your new year’s goals, then you HAVE to try this delicious Light Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe.

So what’s my secret to a lighter spinach and artichoke dip without giving up on that delicious creamy flavor? Naturally Fresh Dressing! That’s right, I’m talking about the Naturally Fresh Lite Ranch Salad Dressing. Made fresh with no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives, we can feel good about dipping our chips in this appetizer! Not only for topping your salad, Naturally Fresh’s® own nonfat buttermilk provides perfect touch of delicious goodness to make this dip super creamy. Make this lighter recipe for Spinach and Artichoke Dip without sacrificing on flavor! Easy to prepare for a delicious appetizer!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 14 oz. can of Artichoke Hearts, drained and diced
  • 1 9 oz. package of frozen creamed spinach, prepared
  • 1/2 cup of red onion finely diced
  • 1/2 cup of sweet red pepper diced
  • 1/3 cup of sprinkle Parmesan cheese
  • 1 TBSP of Sundried Tomato Pesto
  • 3 TBSP of Lite Ranch Dressing such as Naturally Fresh Lite Ranch Dressing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Place in oven safe dish (I used a 9 inch pie plate)
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until warm and bubbly.
  • Serve warm with your favorite chips, crackers or other dip favorite!

    This vegetable dip looks so scrumptious/ It’s a nice way to sneak spinach and artichokes into the diet. I hope it ends up looking as good as yours.
