It’s a New Year, which means most of us are trying to get back onto the “good eating” plan. Well Gorton’s Seafood wants to help us feel “Real Fabulous” in the New Year with their Grilled Fillets! I love these Fillets because they not only taste excellent (flaky and seasoned well), but are super easy to prepare! Check out my yummy Grilled Tilapia Cranberry Salad Recipe for a quick lunch or dinner option!

- (1) Gorton’s Seafood Grilled Tilapia Fillet
- (1) Cup Fresh Baby Spinach
- (1/2) cup of dried cranberries or craisins
- (1/8 to 1/4 cup) of fresh shaved Parmesan Cheese
- Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar to taste
1. Cook The Gorton’s Seafood Grilled Tilapia Fillet according to box instructions. I made in the oven and it was easily cooked to perfection!
2. Place spinach in bowl/plate. Cut and place strips of Grilled Tilapia on your salad. Sprinkle with cheese and cranberries. Drizzle with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar.
YUM!
Make-Ahead Tips: Bake the tilapia the night before. Place the tilapia and oil/vinegar on your salad just before serving (so you salad doesn’t wilt.) for a great lunch idea!
