Heavenly and great for any time of year (even last minute company!), this recipe is perfect for that homemade delicious goodness, all packed with whole grain granola, real cranberries and whole almond deliciousness from Van’s!

Cranberry Almond Baked Apple Recipe

Easy dessert prepped in minutes! Put a twist on the classic baked apple!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cooking Apples
  • 1 C Van's Soft Baked Whole Grain Cranberry Almond Granola Clusters
  • 2 TBSP Butter Melted
  • 1/4 TSP Nutmeg
  • 1/4 TSP Cinnamon
  • 1/2 C Apple Juice or Cider

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Combine Van's Soft Baked Whole Grain Cranberry Almond Granola Clusters, melted butter, and spices in small bowl.
  • Core apples. Slice thin layer off the tops of each.
  • Fill apples with granola cluster filling.
  • Place apples in shallow baking dish.
  • Fill dish with apple juice. Baste apples with juice.
  • Cook for 45 minutes, basting occasionally, until apples are soft and cooked through

    I would be excited to try the Ultimate Cheddar Penne. I love cheddar, so pretty much anything involved in cheddar makes me happy 🙂
