Everyday is Friendship Day. One of the most important things I can teach my children in this lifetime is friendship. Friends are such a crucial part about growing up. That’s why I’m partnering with My Little Pony! Today, July 30, 2015 is MLP Friendship Day! Today we’re celebrating everything that makes friendship wonderful with a few creative ways to celebrate (and give back!) to make a positive difference in this world. The My Little Pony Website has so many awesome ways to show friendship to our world. From small things like conserving energy to giving to your local homeless shelter, there’s definitely an activity that your family can get involved in TODAY!     We celebrated by going as a family and helping to make backpack kits with supplies to donate to local school for children who cannot afford them.

    I didn’t know there was such a thing until now. I have 2 granddaughters due next month and I would save the items for them to play with when they are old enough.
