Easy Red Velvet Pancakes Recipe

This easy recipe is perfect for family breakfast time! Only a few simple ingredients will have you making a fluffy red velvet pancake short stack in no time!
Did someone say pancakes? I always pull out the red pancakes for Valentine’s Day! Super fun for my kids, they absolutely love a stack of their favorite LOVE language – food! Have for breakfast, lunch, dinner or brunch, these yummy and super easy pancakes will be a big hit with your family!
Red Velvet Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Cups of Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 1 Cup of Milk I used 2%
- 1 Egg
- 3 TBSP of Cooking Oil
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Spray griddle with cooking spray and heat to low/medium.
- Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl until mixed well.
- Drop small scoops of pancake batter onto hot griddle. Turn griddle to low. Cook for about 5-10 minutes per side (or until golden brown). Avoid burning!
- Makes about 8 red velvet pancakes
