The 2nd Best Disney World Bathroom

Love visiting the Tangled bathroom at Magic Kingdom? Check out The 2nd Best Disney World Bathroom, the next magical place for a potty break. This post is sponsored by Walt Disney World. All fanatical bathroom-loving opinions are my own.

My 2nd favorite Disney world bathroom

The 2nd Best Disney World Bathroom

This post is long overdue…like long long long overdue. And you know how some folks work better under deadline pressure? Thanks, Walt Disney World for the push. It’s no secret that the Tangled bathroom at Magic Kingdom is the best themed bathroom in the land.

But with rumors flying that the Toy Story Land Cooties Bathroom will blow away the competition (opening to the public tomorrow June 30th), I’m in my ignorant bliss sharing what I know as The 2nd Best Disney World Bathroom. (At least until my visit to Toy Story Land on July 18th – hope you’ll follow along.) Take a look around at this highly underrated rest stop at Walt Disney World and see if you agree if this themed bathroom is worth stopping to “let it go.”

Epcot best bathroom

I’ve always been a lover of the little things. And Walt Disney World has always paid great attention to the smallest detail, even the bathrooms. Tucked in the back of Epcot at Norway, you’ll see the flocks of people rushing to get into the Frozen Ever After ride before it hits the 90 minute mark. If you’re a princess loving fan, you definitely know about the Akershus Royal Banquet Hall character dining experience. And if you pay a little closer attention to detail, you may notice my favorite character stop, the Royal Sommerhus where you can take some priceless photos with Anna and Elsa.

But even deeper still, turn left after the Norway stage past the Royal Sommerhus and go deep into the back of Norway. There you will find the ever glorious Frozen themed bathrooms. Now besides thinking that I am completely insane for falling in love with a place where people do their business, why are the Frozen bathrooms the 2nd best Disney World bathroom?

Best Disney bathrooms

Not many people know about it

The popularity of the Norway area since the Maelstrom upgrade (RIP) has people literally running towards the Frozen Ever After ride quicker than you can say “chocolate.” And while people are finally catching on to the Summerhaus photo stop (I really do miss those 5 minute lines), no one is taking the extra few steps to the back of Norway. In fact, when I went in during the Flower & Garden festival, it was completely empty. You know what that means…pictures.

Which means that it’s clean

Cleanliness is next to godliness – or at least keeps me from turning my nose up. With an empty bathroom, you’re more likely to find an open stall for the kid that can’t hold it any longer. And also less likely to have to clean up before plopping your child on the potty. Winning.

The stall doors, like WHOA

Besides plenty of bathroom stalls, the details on the stall doors rival that of the beloved Tangled bathrooms. Aren’t they pretty in blue?

Favorite Disney world bathroom

The attention to detail

But even more magical are the little details that Disney made sure to add to this Frozen themed rest stop. Like little Frozen themed tiles and carved out sinks.

Adorable baby changing area.

And lots of cozy wood-like feel throughout.

The bathroom signs give me the feels

I definitely got a few stares the day I snapped these photos. How adorable are the Anna and Kristoff inspired bathroom signs? I may have gotten a little teary eyed, which is wonderful and weird. I know.

And you can ‘Let It Go’ in peace

But more importantly, the 2nd best Disney World bathroom can give your family a place to look forward to on your next bathroom stop. Got a child that fights you during a potty break (*raises hand)? They may be more willing to check out the “Anna and Elsa bathroom.”

So the next time you’re visiting The Epcot World Showcase, maybe the Frozen Ever After line won’t get your panties in a twist. You can adjust and have a magical bathroom stop with your family at The 2nd Best Disney World Bathroom, aka the Norway bathrooms…at least until I get to Toy Story Land. If you see a random person wandering the Cooties bathrooms, you’ll know why.

I just have to say . . . I agree! I love that bathroom! I *might* have pictures of it as well. I always found it clean and empty. I just love those doors!

Ok. Maybe it’s a little weird to gush about a bathroom. Maybe. But, who cares?

Totally in the same boat. I’ll obsess over a Disney bathroom any day 🙂

I’ve never been to Disney World. Someday, oh someday…
I like the overall theme of the bathroom and the fact that it’s super clean is an added bonus.

It’s nice to know someone else can appreciate my favorite bathroom well until I see the new Cootie bathroom in toy Story Land on the 18th as well. But I have always loved this one. No lines, the decor is great and well no cares if I just hide for a few minutes of A/C.

Oh, I’m a Disney Bathroom Junkie, too.

Last year, two people in my party hit every bathroom in Animal Kingdom and some twice in one day.

Anyway, I’ve NEVER been to this one and will for sure be checking it out in October!

I kind of blew by Norway this time because the bakery was closed and I didn’t want to stop at the kiosk.

I would say that is a pretty cool bathroom. It’s even better when not a lot of people dont know about it.
