Ingredients

  • 1/2 Ripe Avocado such as Avocados from Mexico
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 3 TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

I might try them in some other way but to be honest, I would rather have chocolate with no banana taste to it. I’m guessing the banana hides the avocado taste?

My sweet husband makes an awful noise that kind of sounds like a horse when I mention him trying an avocado. I made these for Valentine’s Day and he ate every strawberry PLUS the leftover filling. I’ve yet to tell him what was in it and I’m feeling very triumphant and dishonest at the same time. I shared some with my mother, some neighbors and my hairdresser today. Everyone loved them. Thanks for sharing!
