Easy Berry Mango Fruit Leather Recipe
DIY Berry Mango Fruit Leather
Ingredients
- 1 pint of Driscoll's Raspberries washed
- 1 Ripe Coast Tropical Mango peeled and sliced
- 1 TBSP of Honey or 1 1/2 TBSP Agave Nectar
- Parchment Paper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees F.
- In Blender (or food processor), blend together ingredients until smooth.
- Lay parchment paper across an entire cookie sheet. (I used a 9x13. You may need 2 cookie sheets if area is smaller)
- Using spatula, spread mixture evenly on the bottom of the cookie sheet. Should be very thin, but not with holes.
- Bake at 200 degrees F for 2 to 4 hours, or until mixture is sticky, but won't come up on your fingers when touched (hence the leather look). Avoid letting the fruit leather completely drying out and browning. You may need to turn up the oven to 225 or 250 at the 2 hour mark if your mixture is thicker.
- Allow fruit leather to completely cool.
- Cut intro strips (including the parchment paper if desired)
- EAT 🙂
- Store in an air-tight container for up to 1 month at room temperature
A delicious summer treat for my kids, we can easily pack this fruit leather in our bags for our beach runs, zoo trips and of course vacations this summer! By making this delicious Fruit Leather this season, I’m not only giving my kids more opportunities for healthy eating, but I’m also doing my part for Feeding America too. My Driscoll’s® Raspberries and Coast Tropical Mango purchase directly benefits the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida, a Feeding America food bank location right here in Orlando. And it gives us more motivation to eat healthy, all while giving back. to our community. Win-win!

Fruit leather is so good but I worry about what I am eating. It is so great that you can make it yourself and know exactly what you are putting in your body.

The fruit leather looks good. I have been stopping by the local farmers market for fresh fruits and veggies once or twice a week.
