Easy Crockpot Cranberry Sauce Recipe
Thanksgiving is just around the corner! With so many items being prepared on the stove and in the oven, here’s a simple recipe for a homemade cranberry sauce that can be made right in your crock pot! Get the taste of homemade without all of the hard work and prep 🙂
- (2) 12 oz. Bags of Fresh Cranberries – washed and drained
- 1/2 Cup of Orange Juice
- 1/2 Cup of Maple Syrup
- 1 Teaspoon of Orange Zest, finely grated
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
- Optional – 2 Tablespoons of Crystallized Ginger finely chopped
Mix all ingredients in Crockpot. Cook on high for 2 to 2.5 hours or until cranberries are soft (almost gelled). Stir. Let cool. Store in airtight container in fridge or freezer.
