Easy Crockpot Cranberry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
- (2) 12 oz. Bags of Fresh Cranberries – washed and drained
- 1/2 Cup of Orange Juice
- 1/2 Cup of Maple Syrup
- 1 Teaspoon of Orange Zest, finely grated
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
- Optional – 2 Tablespoons of Crystallized Ginger finely chopped
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in Crock pot.
- Cook on high for 2 to 2.5 hours or until cranberries are soft (almost gelled). Stir.
- Let cool. Store in airtight container in fridge or freezer.
