So you won’t believe this, but this inspiration of this dish came about because I picked up a pineapple at the store. So there it was, sitting in my fridge when I was making my sandwich with Sriracha sauce, and saw my lonely pineapple.

Then BANG!

Instant delicious recipe came to mind, a happy accident. I messed with a few ingredients I had around the house and now have a new favorite crockpot meal. Hope you love it too!

I personally haven’t tried this recipe on high. Most crockpot recipes can be substituted for 3-4 hours on high. Let me know how it comes out

I would like to freeze this to have later. Could I freeze the chicken with the ingredients or freeze the ingredients separately and lay flat. Your help would be appreciated. Sounds delicious.
