Easy Cheeseburger & Fries Pasta Dinner Recipe
Keeping with my son’s favorite meal, this Easy Cheeseburger & Fries Dinner was made in under 30 minutes thanks to the help of Hamburger Helper!
Ingredients:
- 1 Box of Cheeseburger Hamburger Helper
- 1 lb. of Ground Beef
- 3-4 Potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup Hot Water
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1/2 Cup Green Pepper, diced
Directions:
1. So we start by browning your free beef in a 10 inch skillet on the stove. You know it’s going to taste amazing, just from the fact that you got it for free. Oh yes! Drain.
2. Stir in sauce mix and hot water until dissolved. Stir in green peppers and potatoes. Stir in milk and pasta until well mixed. Return to heat. Heat to boiling.
3. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 15-18 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta and potatoes are tender. Stir in half cup of shredded cheddar cheese just before serving (because…cheese rocks).
