K’NEX Combat Crew Building Set Review

Do you have a little builder in your home? My little 7 year old has been really into building toy sets lately, which is why he was so excited to build the all new K’NEX Combat Crew Building Set! Just in time for the holidays, this ultimate 5-in-1 toy set will keep your little engineer immersed in building for hours on end! Check out our full K’NEX Combat Crew Building Set Review and be sure to scroll on for an exclusive giveaway to win a set!

Knex instructions combat crew

From the air to the ground, this boy loves any sort of powerful vehicle. The K’NEX Combat Crew Building Set provides lots of cool vehicles that your child can build. The set includes 539 pieces of colorful K’NEX, with the instructions to build 5 different vehicle models – APC, Helicopter, Tank, Drone, and Anti- Aircraft Vehicle!

You can build them one by one AND you can also build the Drone and Anti-Aircraft Vehicle at the same time and battle them together!

Of course, my son’s favorite vehicle is the huge motorized helicopter. Complete with a motor to turn the helicopter blades, a working dart launcher, and an open and close cockpit with exclusive combat figurine, this set was challenging and fun to build.

We loved working with the included gears to understand the mechanics behind the helicopter blades. The instructions were easy to work with, and we had the whole set built in a few hours.

Definitely worth the effort!

Here’s a short video of our completed Combat Crew Helicopter in action! So cool, right?

I think my son would love this. He enjoys building things (and following the directions), playing with it for a while, and then being able to take it apart to play with again.

My grandson would be receiving this set. His mom just lost her job and I live on a fixed income due to a brain injury so money is tight. This would go to him for Christmas because he loves to build things and loves blocks/Knex/constructing things. He would have hours of fun with this.
