Just for Men AutoStop Review

just for men autostop product

Men, get ready to get rid of those stubborn grays! Thanks to Smiley360, I was able to get ahold of a new product called Just for Men Autostop hair color.

I love the concept just because they really concentrated on making this an easy and foolproof way for men to apply hair color. To test this theory, enter my willing brother-in-law and his greying chin! 🙂

coarse brown chin hair beard with gray hairs

The color comes in a premixed tube, much like a tube of toothpaste. No mixing, you just pop off the cap and twist on the special application comb. Sounds easy so far, right? You squeeze a bit of the color onto the comb and literally “comb in.” Then you wait for 10 minutes. I love the directions for this part….it says “Don’t worry if you leave the product longer because it will NOT turn darker with more time.” Wow, guys, they were really looking out for you!

During the 10 minutes of waiting, my brother-in-law experienced a bit of burning. While the sensation was uncomfortable at the time, he said that it wouldn’t stop him from applying it again.

Then you just rinse out, shampoo and rinse again. I would say to be careful when rinsing. Be sure to check your shower area to be sure all of the dye went down the drain and isn’t hanging out in your shower leaving stains! (This may be when the awesome woman in your life may step in!)

And VOILA! No more greys! You can apply every 4-6 weeks as needed as grey roots start peeking through again. My brother-in-law was impressed with how natural the color looked. He was pretty nervous considering how dark the dye looked when he applied it. In his opinion, he would have no problem using this dye again. (Disclaimer, found out after the test that there’s a separate Just For Men Mustache and Beard product that was ideal for this situation. I must say though that the results from using the AutoStop product exceeded both mine and my brother-in-law’s expectations.)

Just for Men is offering a great try it free offer right now! Download the mail-in-rebate pdf form here.

Disclaimer – I received free samples from Smiley360 in exchange for an honest review. This is in compliance with FTC guidelines. Though I received these free samples, all opinions are 100% my own.

I would like to try that on my hubby. He has 2 white patches of hair growing out. He touched his scalp while working with chemicals. They were originally bald spots but now that its growing back they are white white hairs.
