And with tons of sweet Fresh from Florida blueberries in season right now, I couldn’t resist picking up a few pints for our latest family cookout.

Easy Grilled Blueberry Crisp Recipe
Easy Grilled Blueberry Crisp
Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 TBSP cornstarch
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 TSP grated orange zest
- 2 cups of granola
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium.
- Combine blueberries, cornstarch, sugar and orange zest in large bowl.
- Place blueberry mixture in 9x9 inch tin pan.
- Place tin pan in bottom rack of grill. Cook for about 10 minutes or until blueberries have burst and mixture is bubbly.
- Top mixture with granola. Cook another 5-10 minutes, or until granola is browned.
- Remove from heat. Serve warm.
