You think February is the end of game days in our house? Pshaw! With basketball season well underway (is March here yet?!) and my husband’s excitement over the upcoming 2015 baseball year (he may or may not have already booked Spring Training tickets), we are still whipping up some delicious Game Day Grub.

I don’t know about you, but I’m a BIG time fan of fries on Game Day. Perfect for sharing and for dipping at get-togethers, I can please my smallest fan to my biggest one with the right fry and dip combos. Today, I’m sharing 3 Easy Dipping Sauce Recipes, inspired by my favorite culture 🙂

Alexia fries review

So, I’m off to Walmart for the perfect fries for dipping. Have you tried Alexia fries yet? Ah-mazing! Not wanting to miss a minute of the action, I can pop the Alexia Sweet Potato Fries or Smart Classics Crinkle Cut Fries in my oven and come out with a delicious crispy fry every time! All-natural ingredients, oven roasted, seasoned with sea salt and zero grams of trans fat per serving, Alexia Fries are perfect game day appetizers without the guilt!

Asian fusion dips

It’s not game day without the perfect dipping sauces for your fries. And I don’t know about you, but I am more than a fry and ketchup girl. So move aside ketchup! These 3 Easy Dipping Sauce are sure to wow your next game day crowd. These dips are quick and easy, so you can concentrate on your winning team! Digging into my roots, these winning flavor combos have something for the spicy and sweet, all with a little Asian twist!

Sriracja ranch sauce

Sriracha Ranch Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 C Ranch Dressing
  • 1 TBSP Sriracha Sauce
  • 1/4 TSP Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 TSP Sesame Seeds

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. On single layer baking sheet, bake sesame seeds for 2-5 minutes, until golden brown
  2. Combine ranch, sriracha, and garlic in small bowl. Top with sesame seeds

Asian ketchup

Sweet Plum Ketchup

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 C Ketchup
  • 4 TSP Plum Sauce
  • 1/4 TSP Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 TSP Green Onions, sliced

Directions:

  1. Combine ketchup, plum sauce and ginger in small bowl. Top with green onions.

Wasabi guacamole

Wasabi Guacamole

Ingredients:

  • 1 Avocado, mashed
  • 2 TBSP Lime Juice
  • 1/4 TSP Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 1 TBSP Fresh Cilantro, diced
  • 1/2 TSP Wasabi Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Kosher Salt
  • 1 TSBP Tomato, deseeded and minced

Directions:

  1. Combine avocado, lime juice, fresh garlic, cilantro, wasabi powder, and kosher salt in small bowl. Top with tomato.

Sriracha Ranch

Instructions

    16oz bottle heizn chili sauce, 10oz grape jelly, pour over bag of frozen meat balls in a crock pot, on high stirring occasionally to coat meatballs and heat through.
