Easy Crockpot Ham & Cheesy Potatoes Stew Recipe

Me and my crockpot…we’re like best buds. So one day I had some ham and had no idea what to make for dinner. So I came up with this recipe and my family was thrilled. This Easy Crockpot Ham & Cheesy Potatoes Stew is a definite American comfort food that is a family pleaser! Almost reminds me of a loaded baked potato with some carrots and great for a chilly night. YUM!

I’m just dropping by to say that I made this delicious crockpot recipe for dinner. I left out the carrots and mushroom soup (family vote). It was SO yummy! Thanks for the recipe. I am glad I read about it yesterday in the blog.

Wonder if it would still turn out good with sweet potatoes.
