If my dad were still alive he would have been the one to love it. However, I would change daddy to Dede which is what he was called by my son.
My dad even though he passed is still special to me.
My husband is a great father but my father never can be replaced!

My husband would love this picture collage! He’s always asking me what I”m going to put on the walls of our new house. I’m the world’s slowest decorator.. hehe. 🙂

My dad was awesome. He had hard times growing up, and it showed in our day to day lives, but he never stopped loving us or our mom. Near the end of his life, he was finally able to show us the softer side of him. And that was really nice to see. It taught me that every day is a day to learn something new, and forgive ourselves and each other of wrong. That’s something I try to teach my kids, and I think it’s sticking. 🙂 I never want my kids to hold a grudge against each other, or against me. I was so grateful that I was able to care for my dad in his last days. We cared for him as a family, he was our dad. It truly was the last and best gift he gave me.

Probably my own dad. He’s a totally sap for that kind of stuff haha. But that’s what makes him so great. He’ll totally cry at the notebook with me.
