I’m a mom of 3 grown daughter’s, the oldest daughter married with 2 girls and she’s dealing with depression and anxiety. It runs in our family. After years of battling it and being on medication she’s now seeing a psychologist for treatment! I’m so thankful she’s reaching out but she feels stigmatized for having a mental health problem and it pains me that that’s what kept her, for years, from seeking help!
