1 TBSP Butter - Melted 1 egg 1/4 TSP Black Pepper 4 Pork Chops - about 3/4" to 1" thick fat cut off 1 Cup of Herb Stuffing finely crushed (I use the food processor)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Cover the bottom of a 9x9 baking pan with the melted butter.
Beat egg in small bowl with black pepper. In another small bowl, place the finely crushed stuffing.
Dip pork chops one at a time in the egg mixture, coating all sides. Immediately dip pork chop into the stuffing mixture, coating all sides.
Place pork chops in the 9x9 baking pan. Bake 30 minutes or until fully cooked, turning pork chops over halfway between cooking time. Serve warm.
