Easy Avocado Toast with Egg

- Leftover French Bread cut into 1 inch thick slices - about 8 pieces
- 2 Cloves of Fresh Garlic pressed and minced
- Butter
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 TSP Lemon Juice
- Pinch of Salt & Pepper
- 8 Eggs
- Paprika for garnish
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Spread butter on top of bread slices. Add fresh garlic.
Heat on shallow baking tray for about 5-7 minutes or until crusty.
Mash avocado, lemon juice, salt and pepper in small bowl.
Top crusty garlic bread with avocado mixture.
Prepare eggs in your favorite style. I did sunny side up for presentation, but I also fried in a heart shaped cookie cutter for an "awww" effect.
Place cooked eggs on top of avocado toast.
Serve immediately.
