RealSweet® - Peruvian Sweet Onions, finely diced

carrots, peeled, finely diced

WHOLLY® GUACAMOLE Minis Container (2 oz.)

Instructions
Combine chicken, onion and carrots in a small bowl. Cover until ready for use.
Stir in one WHOLLY GUACAMOLE Minis container until evenly covered.
Cut tops off of the mini peppers and remove seeds. Stuff chicken salad into peppers.
Serve immediately or keep cold until ready to eat.
