Apple Chip Nachos Recipe

Power up your healthy after school snack game with these delicious apple chip nachos! Gluten free and full of protein, your kids will enjoy a mouthful of flavor in every bite!

- 1 handful of freeze-dried apple chips, such as Crispy Green
- 1 TBSP Peanut Butter
- 1 TBSP Honey or Agave Nectar
- 1 TSP water
- Pecans chopped
- Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- Raspberries
Place your apple chips on a plate.
In small microwaveable bowl, combine your peanut butter and honey. Add a little bit of water, until smooth. Microwave on high for about 15 seconds, or until smoother and ready for drizzle
Drizzle peanut butter mixture onto your apple chips. Sprinkle with pecans and coconut flakes. Top with raspberries
