Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In large bowl combine browned sausage, spinach, mozzarella cheese, and sauce until well mixed.
On a floured surface, unroll one pizza crust. Cut into 4 equal rectangles.
In lower left hand corner of one of the pizza crust rectangles, place 1-2 heaping tablespoons of the sausage mixture. Take the upper right hand corner of the crust and fold diagonally down to the lower left hand corner.
Using a fork, press together the edges until sealed. Then stab a few holes in the top of your calzone.
Repeat for the other 3 rectangles.
Unroll second pizza crust and repeat steps until all 8 calzones are made.
Place calzones onto sprayed cookie sheets.
Brush on thin layer of milk to the tops of each calzone.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in oven for 18 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve with side of sauce.
