Perfect for a beach themed party, your beach scene cupcakes are super easy to make and enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Box of Immaculate Baking Yellow Cake Mix
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup of Butter
  • 3/4 Cup of Milk
  • 1 Tub Vanilla Frosting
  • Blue Food Coloring
  • 1-2 Cups of Finely Crushed Shortbread or Vanilla Cookies
  • 1 Box of Fruit Leather Snacks cut into 1" x 2" strips
  • 24 Drink Beach Umbrellas

Instructions
 

  • Make cake mix according to box recipe for 24 cupcakes.
  • Mix together vanilla frosting and blue food coloring to your desired "ocean blue" color.
  • When fully cooled, ice your cupcakes.
  • Dip half of your cupcake into crushed vanilla cookies (your beach)
  • Lay your Fruit Leather (aka towel) on top of your cookies.
  • Insert Beach umbrella.
