Take easy, delicious and LEAN to a whole new level with this easy crockpot recipe. All the flavor and very little work makes this meal a winner in our household!
In large bowl combine brown rice, turkey, onion, and seasonings.
Spray crockpot with cooking spray
Arrange peppers in crockpot, gutted side up.
Fill peppers with turkey mixture. It's ok to "stuff" them in there.
Pour jar of pasta sauce over the tops of the peppers.
Cook on low for at least 5-6 hours. Avoid the "peeking" to look at them or it will GREATLY affect the cooking of the rice and meat. Trust me, it's worth the wait!
