- 1/2 cup of raw pecans
- 1/2 cup of raw almonds
- 20 dates pitted
- 2 6 oz. cups of Yoplait Greek Yogurt - I used the Coconut flavor
- Variety of fresh fruit peeled and cut into
- 6 Mini tart pans
Using a strong food processor, pulse together the raw pecans and raw almonds well. Add dates and pulse chop until you get a coarse paste.
Press your crust into the bottoms of mini fruit tart pans.
Spoon in Yoplait Greek Yogurt into your crusts. Go ahead, be generous :)
