Gluten Free No Bake Fruit Tart Recipe

Wow your family or a crowd with this delicious Gluten Free No Bake Mini Fruit Tarts Recipe. Easy to make with beautiful results!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup of raw pecans
  • 1/2 cup of raw almonds
  • 20 dates pitted
  • 2 6 oz. cups of Yoplait Greek Yogurt - I used the Coconut flavor
  • Variety of fresh fruit peeled and cut into
  • 6 Mini tart pans

Instructions
 

  • Using a strong food processor, pulse together the raw pecans and raw almonds well. Add dates and pulse chop until you get a coarse paste.
  • Press your crust into the bottoms of mini fruit tart pans.
  • Spoon in Yoplait Greek Yogurt into your crusts. Go ahead, be generous :)
  • Bring on the creativity! Add fresh fruit into beautiful arrangements on top of your tarts. The more color, the better!
