Preheat oven to 200 degrees F.
Using a blender, puree together the bananas, nectarines, honey and lemon juice until smooth
Using a large cookie sheet, spread out your parchment paper to cover the entire bottom of the pan.
Spread your fruit mixture on top of the paper, thin and even until entire bottom of pan is covered
Bake for 3-5 hours, or until set and dry, with most of the stickiness gone.
Cut strips of fruit leather (attached to the parchment paper if desired) to your desired snack size.
Store in an airtight container up to one month.
