Layer tortilla chips to cover the bottom of a cookie sheet, overlapping. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese, 1/2 of the black beans, half of the tomato, 1 jalapeno, 1/4 cup red onion and 1/2 of the Nasoya Chipotle TofuBaked.
Repeat layers.
Bake 15-20 minutes until warm and cheese is melted.
