4-5large applessuch as CMI Orchard or Michigan Apples
1/2cupof pumpkin puree
1/4cuprolled oats
1/4cupchopped pecans
1/4cupraisins
2-3TBSPPure Maple Syrup
1/2TSPPumpkin Pie Spice

Instructions
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
In small bowl combine pumpkin puree, oats, pecans, raisins, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice.
Slice 1/4 inch off the tops of the apples so the skin is removed from the tops. Hollow out the center core of each apple (leaving the bottoms). Place in slow cooker, hollowed out sides up.
Stuff apples with pumpkin mixture, pressing in if desired. It's ok to over-stuff.
Cook on low for 2-3 hours or until apple is cooked through and easily pierced with a knife.
