Fall is here, and one of the first things I think of is…PUMPKIN. Pumpkin Spice Lattes, pumpkin desserts, pumpkin crafts and everything else that is fun and Fall! So, to help you guys celebrate a little bit of Fall, my buddy Tracy at Having Fun Saving and I decided to share not one, not two, but EIGHT of our favorite PUMPKIN recipes 🙂 Seriously, you guys are going to love this little round up, including a vegan pumpkin pie!!     Seriously just had to pin the pumpkin and chicken and dumplings recipe. I have never eaten a dish like this. I am really curious how it tastes..

    My son’s birthday is this month and he always requests pumpkin pie instead of cake. Pumpkin pie seems to be a family favorite at our house.
