How to Cope with Colic Thanks to Colief

Colic.

It’s one of those words that sticks with you…literally. No sooner than your precious baby gets dinged with that horrible word than you feel your life as mom spiraling out of control. And while the focus is on your beautiful bundle of joy, it’s important to remember to take care of mom too. How does one cope with a colicky baby?

1. The Word Is Love

Colic babies need love, just like any other baby. Even through the crying, know that you are providing the BEST possible love for your child.

2. Taking Breaks

It’s overwhelming. Your child constantly crying and there’s nothing tht you can do to soothe them. Defeat can overcome your emotions. It’s important to take breaks. Even just a few minutes to yourself can help focus, rejuvenate and

3. Changing the Scenery

There’s something about that breath of fresh air! Think about changing your environment when you’re with your baby. When upset and crying, my babies loved going outside for a walk to look at the trees, the sky, and even my face in natural light. You can brighten your baby’s mood and your own with a little modification to your daily routine.

4. Remembering the Happy Times

No matter what the circumstance with colic babies, there are always moments that you cannot help but smile. I get teary eyed just looking through pictures of my babies. Having a picture board such as this one is a great way to remember the happy times with your child.

Check out this video with some really great tips and facts about Colic.

If your baby suffers from the dreaded colic, I recommend looking for natural products, such as Colief Infant Drops. Made with only water, glycerol and a special lactase enzyme, this solution can help reduce colic by safely breaking up your baby’s lactose consumption. Colief is the only dietary supplement on the market that focuses on reduction of symptoms from transient lactase deficiency. And no worries about harmful ingredients because you won’t find any here! For use in as young as newborns, reduction of colic can help you to re-focus on Happy Times again!

Natural Colief Infant Drops are available at Duane Reade, HEB, Walgreens, and online at https://us.colief.com for a suggested retail price of $14.99

My daughter had Colic and Colief was the only thing that worked for her. We went through bottles of it by the time she was off formula.

Moms would find your tips very helpful. I hope your baby would be able to self-soothe next time!

I was fortunate to not have to experience colic, I know it can be very difficult. It’s sad that any kid would have to go through this!

Great information. I shared it on my facebook page. I think anyone with or without kids should read this. You never know when you might have to help with a friends child or family member.

Colic can really put a damper on those early months with a baby screaming all night long. We used a popular product from the UK that worked for one of mine. Good to see there is another good product on the market.
